Stock Availability Product availability is subject to change. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable alternative or full refund.

Pricing All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Exchanges and Refunds We offer a 30-day satisfaction promise. If it's not the right fit for your pet, contact us at shop@pawdrop.com.au and we'll make it right. Faulty or defective products are eligible for a replacement or full refund — your choice. All other situations are handled case by case. All remedies comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Delivery Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
