Is this CBD oil?

No. All Pawdrop products are made from hemp seed oil, which contains 0% CBD and 0% THC. Hemp seed oil is a food-grade oil, legally sold as a nutritional supplement for pets in Australia.

Is hemp seed oil legal for pets in Australia?

Yes. Hemp seed oil is a legal food product. It contains no CBD or THC. Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and comply with Australian regulations.

What does hemp seed oil do for pets?

Hemp seed oil is a source of Omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids. These are used in daily nutritional support for healthy joint function, skin & coat health, and brain function as part of a balanced diet.

How much do I give my pet?

Start low and build up over 7 days.

Small dogs 0–10kg: 0.5ml – 1ml daily
Medium dogs 10–25kg: 1ml – 3ml daily
Large dogs 25kg+: 3ml – 5ml daily
Cats: 0.25ml – 0.5ml daily

1ml = 20 drops approx. Drizzle over food once daily.

How long until I notice a difference?

Food supplements work differently for every pet. Consistency is key. Use daily as part of your pet's routine. Individual results vary.

Can I use this with my pet's medication?

Consult your vet before use if your pet has health conditions or takes medication. This is a food supplement, not a medicine.

Are there any side effects?

Hemp seed oil is generally well tolerated when introduced slowly. Always provide fresh water. If you notice any change, stop use and consult your vet.

Is it safe for puppies and kittens?

Yes, for pets over 12 weeks. Start with the lowest dose. Consult your vet if unsure.

Yes. Free shipping on all Australian orders over $40. We ship from Melbourne via Australia Post. 2–7 business days depending on location.

What if my pet doesn't like it?
