🐾 30-Day Satisfaction Promise If it's not the right fit for your pet, contact us and we'll make it right.
We stand behind every Pawdrop product. If your pet doesn't respond well within the first 30 days, reach out to us at shop@pawdrop.com.au — we'll review your situation and work with you on the best solution.
Faulty or defective products If your product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at shop@pawdrop.com.au with your order number, a description, and photos. If confirmed faulty, we'll offer a replacement or full refund — your choice. We'll also reimburse your return postage.
All other situations We handle these case by case. We're a small Aussie brand and we genuinely want every pet owner to feel good about their purchase. If something isn't working for your pet, just reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns To start a return, contact us at shop@pawdrop.com.au. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds Once your return is received and assessed, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
